Previous Work: Person Centered Quality Reviews
The Regional Quality Councils (RQC) have shifted their work away from Person-Centered Quality Reviews towards quality improvement work. The goal of this work is to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities based on the needs identified by the Quality Reviews and information gathered in each RQC region.
We are gathering information and want to hear from you!
Each Regional Quality Council is implementing quality improvement projects within the following areas:
- Arrowhead: TBD
- Metro: Employment and support staff shortage
- Region 10: Community connections and natural supports
Share your experiences in these areas by attending a listening session, focus group, community conversation, or informational interview.
Don’t see a topic that you want to share about? Reach out to a RQC Manager to get options on how to share your story!
How is the information used?
The information collected during listening sessions, focus groups, and informational interviews will be used to report best practices and barriers to the Department of Human Services. The information will help us make recommendations to improve the quality of supports and services for people with disabilities. This information will also inform regional quality improvement work as well as individual, community, and systems change.
We will keep everything you share private and we will protect your privacy – Unless your safety is threatened.
