Regional Quality Council

The Regional Quality Council is a group of people working together to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities.

The Regional Quality Council (RQC) is made up of people with disabilities, their families, county workers, the Department of Human Services, community members and service providers. The RQC collaborates with regional stakeholders and partners to monitor and improve the quality of services, person-centered outcomes and overall quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
